Mediasi, for mediation application and meeting organization and in order to carry out all mediation processes and to get a job application on the website, collects your personal data such as, and not limited to, name, surname, number, address, bank account number, photograph, audio and work address alongside more specific information such as, and not limited to, insurance policy, social security records, union membership, medical report and criminal record pursuant to legal service provided and also your resume.
How it is Collected:
Mediasi collects your personal data via website and from the documents, information and forms asked and provided by you alongside with visual data collected from CCTV camera systems and cookies collected automatically from website.
Data Storage:
Your personal data is stored in accordance with the technical and administrative specifications stated in legislation against unlawful processing, data theft and losses. Your data is processed as long as it serves its purpose. Henceforth, your personal data will be destroyed on request or according to deadlines foreseen in law.
Data Sharing:
Mediasi, provided that your personal data is subject to your express consent and the except for the situations stated the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 in art. 5/2, your personal data would not be transferred to third parties or institutions.
