Mediasi Mediation Arbitration and Consultancy Center I.C. was found by Att. Dr. Ahmet KARAYAZGAN and Att. Mediator Seyda KARAYAZGAN in 2019.

Our founders, as professionals who have been serving their clients in the field of litigation and consultancy for many years, have established the Mediasi Mediation Arbitration and Consultancy Center after experiencing that litigation processes  are how long, difficult and costly for resolving disputes.

Mediasi Mediation Arbitration and Consultancy Center aims to find creative, feasible and fast solutions to highlight the satisfaction of both parties in disputes by combining the legal knowledge and experience that have acquired over the years with their mediation skills with its expert and well-equipped staff.

As the Mediasi Mediation Arbitration and Consultancy Center, we give services both for our national and international clients;

- Mediation in commercial disputes (in disputes arising from the Insurance sector, Construction, Energy, Land, - Sea-Air Transport, Intellectual, Industrial and Property Law etc.);

- Mediation in Employer Employer Disputes;

-We provide mediation services in disputes arising from family, inheritance and civil law, provided that mediation is suitable within the scope of local laws.
